Since we deal with hundreds of applications, it is important that you call and book your application for fast and timely service.
You would also need to make a payment while you book your application with us. You can pay us in:
Once paid, we will issue you a Payment Reference Number. Please note this number and include it on a small paper on the top of your application.
Step 3: Download the India Visa Application Form from our website. Please download one form per applicant. If there are 5 persons wishing to travel to India, you should fill 5 different forms for each applicant.
Please fill it with BLACK INK ONLY.
Step 4: Once all application forms are filled, all applicants should sign them at the appropriate places. Applications without signatures may result in non approvals or delays.
Step 5: Please attach 2 passport size photographs for each applicant.
These photographs must be according to the guidelines as mentioned in the visa information page.

Step 6: Please buy 2 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day 9am service envelopes from your local post office.
On one of the envelopes, please write your own address where you would like the passport, documents and visa to be delivered after approval.

Step 7: Send your application along with all required and supporting documents to our office address:
Please ensure that your application includes all required documents. These include your completed application form, photographs, passport, your payment reference provided if paid online or on the phone, any additional documents (as required in the criteria for applying) and the self addressed special delivery envelope.
The India business visa is available for 6 months, 1 year and 2 years and is multiple entry. You must provide a letter of invitation from an Indian company plus a letter from your UK employer to apply for an Indian Business visa.
The India family visa is valid for 5 years and is multiple entry. The visa is only available to persons with an Indian background. You must provide proof of your Indian background to apply for an India family visa.
